Privacy Policy
Certification & License Expiry Tracker ("the App") is a monday.com application operated by Casting Karma LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
1. Data we access
To provide its features, the App accesses, with your authorization:
• Board data on boards where you use the App — item names and the columns you map (typically person names, credential names and types, issue/expiry dates, renewal frequency, and optional email addresses).
• Account and user identifiers (your monday account ID and user ID) so reminders reach the right people.
• An OAuth access token that you explicitly grant when enabling automatic reminders.
2. How we use it
Exclusively to operate the App: computing expiry status, rendering your compliance dashboard, updating board values you ask us to update, and sending renewal reminder notifications inside monday.com. We do not sell data, share it with third parties for marketing, profile users, or use it to train AI models.
3. Where data lives
The App is hosted entirely on monday code, monday.com's managed app infrastructure (running on Google Cloud, US region). Board data is read at processing time and is not copied into any external database. The only data we persist are: your OAuth token (stored in monday code's encrypted secure storage), and your board configuration (board ID, column mapping, reminder settings). All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).
4. Retention & deletion
Stored configuration and tokens are deleted when you uninstall the App or on request. Email [email protected] from your account's admin address and we will purge your account's stored data within 30 days and confirm.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, the data we store for your account at any time via the email above. EU/UK users: we process data under legitimate interest/contract performance for the features you enable; you may lodge complaints with your supervisory authority.
6. Children
The App is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 16.
7. Changes
We will post any material changes to this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
