Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of Certification & License Expiry Tracker ("the App"), provided by Casting Karma LLC. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within your monday.com account for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms and your active subscription tier.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are purchased, billed, and managed through the monday.com marketplace under monday.com's payment terms. Each plan includes a limit on tracked people; we may prompt you to upgrade if you exceed it. Trials, cancellations, and refunds follow monday.com marketplace policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other accounts' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or monday.com's terms.

4. Important disclaimer — not compliance advice

The App helps you track certifications, licenses, and training dates and helps you get reminded before expirations. It does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and it does not guarantee that your organization is or will remain compliant with any law, regulation, or standard. Reminder delivery depends on monday.com's platform and on the accuracy of the data you enter. You remain solely responsible for your organization's compliance obligations and for verifying critical dates.

5. Warranty & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casting Karma LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including fines or penalties arising from missed expirations.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 4–5 survive termination.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting the revised version here with a new effective date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of organization of Casting Karma LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
